The Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC), in cooperation with the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G), will be issuing approximately $5.9 million in grants to fund projects that investigate ways to improve resiliency in Gulf of Alaska (GOA) Pacific Cod fisheries and mitigate the effects of future warm water events.
