Request for Quotes: The Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) is seeking up to three contractors to provide vessels, crews, and related services to support a White Sturgeon mark–recapture study in the San Francisco Estuary. PSMFC plans to charter up to three vessels for as many as 64 sample days between April 6 and September 25 of the current year. PSMFC will manage the project and supply all scientific equipment and fishing gear. Contractors must provide approved vessels and ensure that captains and crews are available for all sampling operations, including timely transit to maximize each sample day. Scientific staff must be on board during sampling, and all gear deployment and retrieval will take place during daylight hours.
