CLOSED: Big Sur In-stream Flow Assessment RFP

Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) has obtained funding from the California Ocean Protection Council (OPC) to assist the California Department of Fish and Game (Department) in conducting an instream flow study in the Big Sur River and lagoon in Monterey County. PSMFC will subcontract a portion of this funding to a qualified firm to conduct portions of both Tasks 1 (Lagoon Assessment) and 2 (Habitat Suitability), including the progress reports and final reports, as outlined in Section 2.3 below. PSMFC will also hire one biologist to assist the firm in conducting Task 2 (Habitat Suitability).
