Deadline for written questions: 11.25.2015
Deadline for submissions: 12.18.2015

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Pacific Islands Regional Office (PIRO), Sustainable Fisheries Division (SFD) proposes to hire a contractor to assess the harvest of bottomfish, crustacean, precious coral, and coral reef ecosystem MUS from the EEZ around Hawaii. The contractor would identify those stocks that meet the criteria for stocks in need of conservation and management. The contractor would also identify other stocks that do not meet the criteria, and recommend to the Council and NMFS whether these other stocks should continue to be included in the FEP as ecosystem components or be removed from the FEP.
