CLOSED: Central California Logistics and Support for Tagging of Rockfish RFP
Submission deadline passed.
The rationale for this project is to supplement existing information for groundfish within Central California. This project will help provide information about Central California Rockfish in nearshore areas.
The goals of the project include, but are not limited to:
• utilize the expertise of both scientists and fishermen to collect more information on nearshore groundfish assemblages
• utilize the extensive expertise of fishermen to execute scientific research on groundfish
• collect data that can be utilized in stock assessments of nearshore species and to assess the effectiveness of current management measures
