Electronic Fish Tickets (ETix)
Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) hosts and provides user support for the ETix website utilized by California, Oregon and Washington to collect landing data from Commercial fish retailers and dealers. If you need to sign up for an ETix account, please request an account here. For any questions or concerns you may have, please email etix@psmc.org.
California
CDFW Requires all commercial landings in California to be submitted through ETix as of July 1st 2019. PSMFC does not provide support or guidance on commercial fisheries regulations, please refer to the CDFW User Guide for information on California rules and regulations surrounding ETix or reach out to CDFW at askmarine@wildlife.ca.gov.
Oregon
ODFW requires all commercial landings in Oregon to be submitted through ETix as of January 1st 2026. Most Oregon fisheries tickets are required to be submitted within one working day of the date of landing, with some requiring a submission within 24 hours. PSMFC does not provide support or guidance on commercial fisheries rules and regulations, please reach out to Nadine Hurtado of ODFW at nadine.hurtado@odfw.oregon.gov.
Washington
ETix is mandated for directed commercial coastal groundfish fisheries and used voluntarily for commercial Washington coastal shellfish landings.
